Machines for manufacturing elbowsthat we offer produce elbows out of down pipe pieces, with various angles, depending on the machine settings. The materials that we can use to make knees are: aluminum, coated steel, zinc, copper and titanium.

A compact, manual machine for bending rectangular gutter elbows, designed for contractors building continuous gutter systems.
The machine’s robust construction, equipped with precision components, allows for smooth and aesthetically pleasing bends, but above all, allows for the creation of unusual angles and downpipe offsets, even in a single, unconnected piece.
The machine’s relatively small size and weight allow for easy transport to the construction site.
The machine is also equipped with two sets of bending elements, allowing for bends on both the front and side of the downpipe, known as “Type A” and “Type B.”

Elbow manufacturing machines need 400V electric supply. They have a CE certificate, which is the licence for use within EC.

Standard equipment of every machine includes an easy-to-dismantle cover, which enables the acces to the inside of the machine, e.g.for maintenance.

Machines for manufacturing down pipes are made at customer’s request. Regular waitiing time is approximately three months.
